Four steps to register as Manager for Junior Team
Step 1: Get an FA FAN Number: ( if you do not already have one from playing or buying England tickets):

You will be sent an 8 digit number – keep it safe
Step 2: Register with the club - Hilton Harriers:
We use membermojo to gather details of our committee members, mangers, coaches, and welfare offices. Click on the below link to register with HHFC:

The Club Welfare Officer (CWO) will then add you to the club in WGS (FA Whole Game System – the main club admin system) and you are ready to start your DBS and E Learning.

We need two references before you can start: Please ensure you add two emails addresses in membermojo so these can be obtained.
Step 3: Complete your DBS (criminal records check):
Access the Whole Game System, please visit https://wholegame.thefa.com

You will be asked to enter either your Email or FAN ID along with your Password before selecting Login. Select “My DBS”

Select “Hilton Harriers”

An automated email is sent to you with a link to First Link - criminal records system, open it and complete the application

PLEASE NOTE WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT A DBS USING THE ACCREDITED FA ONLINE DISCLOSURE SYSTEM.

The Club Welfare Officer (CWO) will need to see all 3 ID documents you entered so that they can be verified please email welfareofficerhiltonharriers@gmail.com to make an appointment to share the documents

Once the documents have been verified, you will need to log back in to First Advantage and pay £10, which the club will reimburse you. Send receipt and bank details to welfareofficerhiltonharriers@gmail.com

Once you have your DBS go back to https://membermojo.co.uk/hhcoaches/joinus and enter the date (we don’t’ need a copy of it, it is your private document)
Step 4: Complete the E-Learning courses:

You can claim any fee’s back from the club by sending your name, team you are attached to, bank details and receipt to welfareofficerhiltonharriers@gmail.com for re-imbursement.
